Chapter 8

"Babe, it's time to get up." I say nudging Geno's arm.
"Five minutes. Please?"
"Nope. We both will get in trouble if we're late."
"Fine." Begrudgingly, he gets out of bed and goes to take a shower. While he is in the shower, I go to make us breakfast. About 15 minutes later, Geno comes downstairs.
"Mmm... That smells delicious."
"Thanks. How many pancakes do you want?"
"Four."
"Ok. Could you get the juice out?"
"That I can do."
We ate breakfast then got ready to go to the Mellon.
"Babe, do you want to drive?"
"You're going to let me drive YOUR car?"
"Yep." He said with a smile.
"Sure. But we have to get some coffee on the way though."
"That's fine. We have time to kill anyways."
So Geno and I went to Starbucks, and I got a cup of coffee. When we got to the Mellon, I gave Geno a quick kiss before he started to practice and I got the locker room ready for the game that night.
"Hey Cass! Do you want to go to lunch?" Miriya asked from across the room.
"Sure!"
So I gather my things and waited for Miriya in the hall.
"Hey babe, where are you going?"
"Lunch with Miriya. Do you want to come?"
"Nah. Have fun though. I will see you after for our pregame nap. Right?"
"Of course! I would never miss a pregame nap with you! I will see you later." I say then give him a kiss till Miriya came out into the hall.
"Am I inturupting something?"
"Nope. I was just waiting for you. This just helped the time pass." I say smiling as Geno wrapped his hands around my waist as laid his head in my shoulder.
"Ooookkk.... Geno, are you coming?"
"Nope, but have fun though. I will see you later Miriya."
"Alright. See ya!" She said to Geno. "So, where do you want to go?"
"Ummm. I don't know. You pick. I am ok with anything."
"Ok."
So we go to Olive Garden.
"So, you and Geno seemed to hit it off pretty well."
"Yeah, we have. I mean I haven't felt this way about someone in a long time. I think I love home. I mean love LOVE him."
"Aww! Did you tell him yet?"
"Isn't it early though? I mean we have been going out for a few weeks."
"Yeah, but these feelings just don't happen for no reason. And you have known him A LOT longer than just a few weeks."
"Yeah. I guess you're right. So what about you and Jordan?"
"Me and Jordan are GREAT! I am so lucky that I found him!"
"That's great."
"So guess what I woke up to."
"What?" I say as I reach for another breadstick.
"A key and a note on Jordan's pillow."
"Oookkk... And?"
"And, it was a key to his house!"
"No way!"
"Way! I can't believe he gave me a key!"
"Well, are you going to move in with him?"
"Yeah. I mean I love him. Why not?"
"Right."
After we were done eating, Miriya drove me to Geno's house. Once there I made my way up to the bedroom. While I am changing into something more comfortable, I feel a set of strong hands wrap around my waist. I smile and hold his hands where they were and Geno started to kiss my neck.
"Geno..." I moan. This brings a smile to his face as he continues to kiss my "sweet spot" and I melt into his arms. When I can't take it anymore, I force myself to turn around, where I start to kiss him. It started out as a slow, innocent kiss, but then passion and hunger set in and he was starting to push me up against the wall. It took all the strength I had, which wasn't much, to pull away.
"We can't do this." I say gasping for air.
"Why not?"
"One, we are supposed to be taking our pregame nap. Two, I'm not ready. Remember?"
"Fine." he says grumbling.
So, as I unwravled myself from his arms, I sat on the bed and patted the side beside me. "Wanna join me?"
"Always."
He crawled into bed, set his alarm, then pulled me into him. "I love you Cassie."
"I love you too Geno."
At that we fall asleep.
After a good hour and a half nap, Geno's alarm went off.
"Babe, we have to go." I say rolling out of bed.
"Do I have to?" Geno groaned.
"I don't know about you, but I need to keep my job. So yes, we have to get up."
So we got to the Mellon around 5:30 where we were going to face the Boston Bruins.

The game went well. Geno had an assist on the game winning goal. Sidney had the first goal with a beautiful backhander in the first. Andrew Ference tied the game in the second. With the seconds ticking down, the Pens were on a break away and Geno had the puck. A beautiful pass to Max and it went in! The Pens won the game!

Chapter 7

i know this is really short. sorry.... i have more... don't worry!! :) oh... and the reason i haven't posted anything in a while is because i was away... but i am back now! ok... here it is!

MIRIYA and JORDAN
(in the car)

"So, what do you want to do now?" JOrdan asked with a devilish grin.
"Well, I did promise you something. Didn't I?"
"Oh yeah... I forgot."
"You did not forget!"
"I know." he said kind of hanging his head.
It was about a half hour ride to Jordan's house.
"Wow, your house is beautiful!"
"Why thank you. I will be sure to tell my mom that you liked it!" He said with a smile, pulling her into a kiss.
"Now for that promise!" Miriya said while pulling jordan into the living room.
They sat on the couch,snuggling close while watching a movie. About a quarter of the way into the movie, Jordan starts to kiss Miriya on the neck. Miriya gives into the temptation and turned around to face him. She starts to kiss him hard with passion.
"Mmm. I think I could get used to this." Jordan said inbetween kisses.
"Me to." Miriya said in almost a whisper.
After about an hour of making out, the pull apart.
"Its late. I should go." Miriya said.
"Nonsense. You can always stay here.". As he said this, he pulled Miriya toward his bedroom. When they got to his room, Miriya went and sat on his bed and he went to his dresser and pulled out a shirt and boxers for her to wear. "Now you can't have the excuse that you don't have anything to wear."
She smiled, took the clothes and went into his bathroom to change."
When she came out and started to head back down stairs, he grabbed her arm and asked, "Where do you think you're going?"
"Um... Downstairs?"
"Why?"
"To sleep. Do you have a problem with that?"
"Yes. Yes I do."
"Why?"
"Cuz I wanted to sleep with you in my arms. That's why."
"I think I can do that." she said with a smile and headed to the bed.
When they got into bed, Jordan pulled miriya close to him.
"I love you Miriya."
"I love you too babe."
They fell into a blissful sleep.
The next morning, Miriya woke up to an empty bed. There was a note and a key on Jordan's pillow.
The note read, "Babe. I don't want to pressure you, but here is a key to the house. I love you and I want to be with you. Oh, and come downstairs when you are done reading this. Jordan."

Chapter 5

The next morning i woke up around 8. Geno was still asleep, holding me close to him. I tried to get up, but his grip tightened.

"Where do you think you're going?"

"To the bathroom. I will be back. Promise!" i say as i turn around and give him a quick kiss.

"You better. Or else i will have to come and get you."He said with a devilish grin.

i just smiled and got up to head to the bathroom. I quickly brushed my teeth and brushed out my rat nest of hair after i was done with my business. i walked back out of the bathroom and crawled back into bed. Right then, Geno positions himself on top of me.

"Why hello there." I say with a grin.

"You know you look so sexy right now, right?"

"I can believe that."

He started to kiss me forcefully. He then moved to kissing my neck and hit my sweet spot. I knew it was getting hard to try to keep my morals in check, but with him doing that it was going to be real hard.

"Geno..." I gasp.

"Hhhmmm??" He said without stopping.

"I cant, I'm sorry."

Just then he stopped and looked at me. "What is it with you and sex???"

i knew i needed to tell him, but i am scared at what he is going to say?

"Ok. Well, I made a promise to myself back in the 8th grade where I promised that i wouldn't have sex before i was married. I'm sorry. Please don't be mad at me."

"Babe, its ok. How could I be mad at you? You made a promise, and I have to respect that. Why didn't you tell me this before?"

"Honestly?" I looked into his eyes and he pleaded for me to continue. "I was scared."

"Why were you scared?"

"I don't know. I just didn't want to make you angry or something and see you leave me."

"Babe, it would take a lot more than not having sex for me to leave you. I can wait." With this he kissed me and went to shower. As he showered, I took that time and got dressed myself. I had finished and was just sitting on the bed watching something on the tv. I heard the water turn off and he came back out with just a towel wrapped around his waist.

Why is it that I always see him a towel? He really isn't making this easy for me.

He grabbed his clothes and walked into the bathroom.

"Hey babe, do you want to go get some breakfast with some of the guys?" Geno asked yelling from the bathroom.

"Sure."

Once he was done getting dressed, I grabbed my purse and we headed down to the lobby to find Sid, Michelle, Jordan, Miriya, Max and Kris.

"Hey Mir! Ready?"

"Of course! I am STARVING!!!"

"Haha ok. Where are we going to go eat?"

"How about the Pancake house down the street?" Max suggested.

"Sounds good to me! Lets go!" Geno said.

After breakfast, everyone just hung out till we had to take our pre game naps.

At about 4: 50 ish, Geno and I wake up and get our things that we need for the game that night. The boys were supposed to be down in the lobby at 5:10. No later.

At the arena, I watched the guys warm up before the game. Once the guys came back in, Geno pulled me aside, and before I could say anything, his lips came crashing down onto mine. When he pulled away I stuttered, "What was that for?"

"A good luck kiss."

"Oh, well then, here's another one just for good measures."

"Hey guys, Cassie's giving out good luck kisses!! Get in line!!!" Max yelled when he say me and Geno kissing.

Immediately, Max, Scuds, and Eats formed a line right behind Geno. Max being the first one of course.

When we pulled apart, Geno turned around, glared at Max and said, "Sorry boys, but she is only giving ME good luck kisses... find someone else!! "

"Miriya!" Max yelled.

"Try again!!" Jordan said, getting up and walking over to Miriya.

"Come on baby," Miriya said. "They need some good luck too!"

"Jordan released her and she made her way to the three boys who were "in need" of luck. she kissed them each on the cheek before returning to Jordan's arms, "See, was that so bad?"

"Yes, I missed you."

"Baby, you're too much. I was only gone about a minute."

"A minute too long!"

THE GAME

I just want to dedicate this part to mrsjordanstaal11 because she wrote this part for me!!! I love her to death!! :) THANK YOU!!! ok... back to the story.

The first period was scoreless, but just as every time the Guins took the ice, the Flyers it was a hard hitting twenty minutes.

Some of those hard hits weren't exactly legal and caused Sid and Geno to be thrown hard against the boards. So the start to the second, Eric decided it was time to do his job. So just like the "Old Days" he dropped the gloves with Riley Cote. The home crowd was disappointed when Godard dropped to the ice with only two hard punches. This fired the Pens bench up an Geno scored less than a minute later.

Geno's beautiful back-hand that came at the end of a two on one with Feds was the only Pens goal for the second period.

Eighteen minutes of the third period were scoreless for both teams. Fleury made some amazing saves in the defensive zone and the Flyer's goalie was pulled. At urn over at center ice gave the puck to Jordan Staal who launched a wrister from the high slot, the Guins second goal of the game.

After the game I congratulated all of the guys on their win and started to pack things up while they were being interviewed. Once I finished packing all of the equipment, I sat in Geno's stall. When he got done showering, he came out, grabbed my hand, and we walked back to the bus. Before we got on the bus, I stopped him and said, "Great game babe!"

"Thanks. You know that goal was for you, right?!"

"Really?! Aww babe! Thanks!" I smile and pull him into a kiss.

"Maybe I should dedicate goals to you more often!"He said laughing into the kiss.

"Maybe you should." I say with a flirtatious look in my eye.

Chapter 4

I know that I havent written in an UBER long time... but I kinda lost this story in my room somewhere... and just found it... so I am going to write more. I promise!!! Please dont think I just abandoned this!!! Because i DEFINITELY havent!! ok... so heres another chapter!! :) I hope you all like it!! :) 

Chapter 4

Apparently I dozed off again because the next thing I new Geno was nudging my shoulder saying, "Baby we're here." I opened my eyes relucctanly to see that we were in Philly which ment it was time for us to go our separate ways. Geno could go to his hotel room and sleep while I had to go to the Wachovia center to prepare the locker room for the next day's game. i gave him a quick kiss before we went our separate ways. "what are you going to do while i'm gone?" i asked. "head out to lunch with the guys then pratice afterwards." "well then, would you like to go to dinner with jordan and miriya tonight?" "sure." "ok. i have to go now. i will see you later." and at that we separated. i went to the Wachovia center to set up for the game. again, where would the boys be if i wasnt here?  after about 2 hours, the boys started to file in and gear up for practice. i still had some things to do while they practiced, so i didnt get to watch.  after practice i waited for Geno to finish his shower so we could go back to the hotel. "So, cassie. have you two done it yet?" Max asked "No, and if we did... you would definitely not be the person i would tell!!!" i said with a giggle as he stuck his tongue out at me. "Sorry Max." "Why are you sorry?" Geno asked with a confused look on his face.  "Nothing babe. Are you ready to go?"  "Sure am. Lets go." as he said this, he pulled me up into a tight hug and i reached up to give him a kiss. "Get a room!!" Max yelled from across the room. we pulled apart and i just smiled. "Gladly Max." Geno grabbed my hand and we walked out of the locker room.  once at the hotel, i went to go get a shower. i thought i had locked the door, but i guess i didn't because no sooner after i turned the water on, i felt someone's hands snake around my waist.  "You said we would get a room." Geno mumbled as he kissed my neck. it was so hard to resist, but i had to pull away.  "Babe, not now. i cant." "Why not." "A certain friend visited me yesterday." "Damn!"  His head hung a little. i grabbed his hand and pulled him towards me and i gave him a passionate kiss. "Thats not fair!" "Sorry babe. But thats all i can do for now." at that, he left the bathroom and i made sure i locked the door.  why did i just lie to him? i know that i shouldn't have, but we just got together.. i really didn't want to take things too fast. especially sex. i really want to keep the promise i made in the 8th grade to not have sex before marriage, but he made me keeping that promise so hard! damn!  after my shower, i went back out to the room to grab some clothes to find that Geno wasn't there. after i got my clothes out, i noticed that there was a note on my pillow.  ~Cassie- I went to Gonch's room for a bit. I will be back soon. Geno~ I smiled to myself and proceeded to get dressed. I was wearing a white v-neck shirt that accented the girls nicely, with a black pencil skirt and a pair of black flats. I then blow dried my hair. it had a little volume, but i knew it wasn't going to last. I quickly did my makeup, light and natural. I grabbed my phone and texted both Miriya and Geno. -I am ready. How bout you? Miriya- Yep. Meet in the lobby in 5? Geno- I'll be right over. ;) <3> I texted Miriya back.  -Sure. See you two in 5. :) once i sent that text, Geno walked in the door and my eyes lit up. He was wearing a blue dress shirt and black dress pants. the shirt had 3-4 buttons undone, and it sure was a sight to see. He smiled at me and pulled me up off of the bed.  "You know, if you keep dressing like that, I don't think we are going to be able to leave!" "I could be saying the same thing about you to babe." I said as I smiled into a kiss.  We spent the next few minutes making out on the bed when all of a sudden my phone buzzes signaling that i got a text. Geno groaned, obviously not wanting to stop, but i pull away to see who it is.  -where are you at? i quickly texted back. -shit sorry. we will be right down. we were making out...  "Babe... we gotta go meet Mir and Jordan in the lobby for dinner." "Fine." we rolled out of bed and i grabbed my purse and a jacket at we were out the door heading down to the lobby.  when we got out of the elevator Geno grabbed my hand and we laced our fingers together.  "You two look happy." mir said with a smile. Jordan leaned over to Geno and asked, "Did ya get some?" "What is it with you guys and sex?" i asked glaring at jordan. "Sorry Cass." "Mmmhm." ________________________________________________________ Geno's POV

"What is it with you guys and sex?" she asked glaring at jordan.

"Sorry Cass."

"Mmmhm."

why is she so taken a back about sex? she hasn't been like that before when the other guys talked about it. why now? i guess i will have to ask her about it later.

Back to Cassie's POV

the ride to the restaurant was kinda quiet, minus Jordan and Miriya singing along to the radio. I was still kind of fuming about what I yelled at Jordan not too long ago. Geno could sense something was wrong, but he didn't say anything. He just grabbed my hand and smiled at me.  

at the restaurant we were seated pretty quickly. after a few minutes, our waitress came over and asked, "Would you like to start with some drinks?"

Geno said, "Yes, we will have the Chateau Haut Brion Bordeaux Red Wine."

"And for you?" she asked turning to Jordan and Miriya. 

"Well, I will have a Guiness and..."he said turning to look at miriya. 

"I will have a Cherry Pepsi."

"Ok, i will be right back to get the rest of your order." the waitress said and walked away. 

"I hate you guys." Miriya said kinda pissed off.

"Why babe?"

"Because you all are drinking... and what am I drinking??? a fucking Cherry Pepsi!" 

"Sorry, but we are in public... there is no drinking for you. sorry." i said kind of feeling guilty now. 

"I know... but still."

"I know one way that will make you not hate ME!" Jordan said. Then all of a sudden, he put his hand behind Miriya's head bringing it closer to his and he kissed her."

"You're right. I don't hate you now." Miriya said with a smile. 

"Ok, now that you aren't mad, lets order! I am STARVING!!!" Jordan said with a laugh. 

we ate dinner and had a great time. Jordan had a few beers and he was starting to act silly now. Before Jordan could get a larger buzz, we all finished dinner. As Geno and I were calling a cab, Jordan was skipping down the side walk and miriya was chasing after him. I looked over just in time to see him trip over his own two feet, and we all started to burst out laughing. 

we were finally able to hail a cab and we all piled in. In the lobby, we all said our adieus and we went out separate ways. We got back to our room and i grabbed my pj's and went to the bathroom to change and clean my face and what not. Once I was done, i headed back out to the room to find Geno in boxers sitting on the bed looking like he was thinking about something. I began to yawn and crawled into bed. He went to go to the other bed.

"Umm... where do you think you are going?!?!?!" i asked.

"To bed."

"Come here. Lay with me." i said as i patted the spot next to me. 

"Mmmk." he said as he crawled in next to me, pulling me close to him. "Babe, can we talk?"

"About what?"

"About why you snapped at Jordan on the way to dinner."

"Oh, that. Can we talk about that after the game? i dont want to throw you off." i said as i yawned again. 

"Oookk.... but promise me that we will talk!"

"Mmmhmmm.... sure. I love you." i said as i fell asleep in his arms.
